Direct Clients

All reservations require a 25% deposit of the total cost of the tour. The remaining balance must be paid 8 days before the tour departure date. This applies in any of the seasons, and guarantees the trip.

For Travel Agencies

Travel Agencies must make the full payment 8 days ahead of the tour departure date, this applies to any of the seasons, and guarantees the trip.

Sacha Runa currently accept bank and money transfers at this time. We are working to accept credit/debit cards in the near future.

To confirm the reservation or payment, please send a scanned copy or photograph of the deposit to Sales@SachaRunaEcolodge.com or to WhatsApp phone number (+593) 997 430-618.

Additional information that we will need prior to your tour to help expedite the in-person registration:

Required for Agency or Reservation holder:

  • Name of the Company or Person holding the reservation
  • Address of residence
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail

Required for each party member:

  • Full Name
  • Citizenship card/Passport Number
  • Nationality
  • City/Country of Issuance
  • Address of residence

Once the payment has cleared the account, our sales staff will send you the reservation confirmation, which will include.

Confirmation of payment of the deposit or total payment as well as our conditions and restrictions in case of cancellation, date changes or breach of contract.

Change of Tour Date

If the deposit has been made, and due to circumstances outside the client’s control, and you cannot make your reserved tour date, Sacha Runa will postponed the reservation without charging any penalty assuming no changes are made to the original tour agreement. We will work with you to reschedule the tour.


The conditions for a Cancellation of Reservations and reimbursement of deposit or total are as follows, taking into account the percentage of the charge for non-compliance:

  • 3 months prior to the tour departure date: 95% refunded
  • 2 months prior to the tour departure date: 85% refunded
  • 1 month prior to the tour departure date: 75% refunded
  • 15 days prior to the tour departure date: 50% refunded
  • At the time of the tour departure date (no show): 0% refunded

Submitting a Cancellation & Refund Request

The process for the Return of Deposit an email written by The Client or Travel Agency must be sent to Sales@SachaRunaEcolodge.com with the following:

  • Request of refund
  • The reason for the Cancellation
  • The Bank Account Number and Information to which Money will be returned.

The Return will be processed within 5 to 8 business days after the request.
